Present rules are valid for the whole conference. Separate sections and forums of the conference may have their own rules, which specify the rules of conduct in them. However, present rules are obligatory in any case.

The rules are introduced to create comfortable and constructive atmosphere of communication. If the established form of communication doesn't suit you, then abstain form participation in this conference.

I. Registration of users.

1)By registration in the forum you accept present Rules.
2)To register in the forum a user must provide an active e-mail address. We guarantee privacy of the provided information.
3)Choice of a username (a nickname) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures for stopping a nickname usage, if its usage violates generally accepted moral and ethic standards and it is insulting for other forum users. Registration of nicknames, resembling the existing ones so that they can mislead other forum users, is prohibited.
4)Repeated registration of one user, regardless of his/her aims, is prohibited. This violation is considered to be extremely serious and leads to the blocking of all accounts.
5)If you do not display activity in the forum for a long time, you account may be removed.

II. Rules of the conduct in the forum.

1)Communication in the forum is based on the principles of generally accepted morality and netiquette.
2)Usage of swear and abusive words is strictly prohibited, no matter in what form and to whom they are addressed. It concerns substitution of letters by digits as well.
3)Any advertising, including Internet projects (except for the cases of preliminary approval with the administration), is strongly prohibited.
4)You signature in the forum cannot be longer than two lines. It must meet the same requirements as forum messages.

III. Message posting.

1)Thread subject must be informative and reflect the core of the problem to the maximum.
2)Before you create a new thread, make sure that you create it in the forum of the proper subject area and that this question hasn’t been discussed before.
3)Creation of identical threads in different sections and posting of similar messages in different threads is prohibited.
4)Try not to make grammar mistakes in your posts, it will give a negative impression about you.

IV. Relationship between users and the administration.

1)In its actions the administration follows common sense and internal rules of forum management.
2)Discussion of administration’s (forum administrators’ and moderators’) actions is strongly prohibited in any forums and threads, except for the special forum, intended for the discussion of all aspects of the portal and whole forum work.

The administration reserves the right to change the rules with the further notification of forum users. All forum changes and updates are carried out with the consideration of users’ opinions and interests.

Regulile prezente sunt valide pentru tot forumul. Sectiunile separate forumului pot avea propriile reguli ,care sunt mentinute pentru o buna desfasurare. Oricum regulile prezentate sunt obligatorii in orice caz.

Regulile sunt introduse pentru a crea o atmosfera placuta si o comunicare cat mai decenta si clara intre utilizatori forumului.Daca acest tip ce comunicare nu iti convine ,poti sa te abtii de la a participa la activitatea forumului.

I. Inregistrarea utilizatorilor.

1)Prin inregistrarea in forum tu accepti regulile prezentate aici.
2)Pentru a te inregistra in forum ca utilizator trebuie sa trimiti o adresa de e-mail activa. Noi garantam siguranta si intimitatea datelor trimise.
3)Alegerea nickului (poreclei) este dreptul tau exclusiv. Administratia isi rezerva dreptul pentru a lua masuri in ce priveste stoparea utilizarii unui nick, daca acesta incalca moralitatea sau indecenta standarda si daca reprezinta o insulta pentru alti utilizatori ai forumului. Inregistrearea de nickur, inafara de cel deja existent astfel incat creaza confuzii ,este interzis
4)Inregistrarea repetata a unui utilizator ,indiferent de motiv, este interzisa.Aceasta incalcare este considerata extrem de serioasa si conduce la blocarea tuturor conturilor.
5)Daca nu ai activitate pentru o perioada lunga,contul tau poate fi sters.

II. Regulii de conduita pe forum.

1)Comunicarea in acest forum este bazata pe principile generale ale moralitati.
2)Folosirea de injurii si cuvinte abuzive este strict interzis, indiferent de forma lor si cui sunt adresate. Se implica si inlocuirea literelor cu diferite caractere , de asemenea.
3)Orice publicitate , inclusiv proiecte de internet( exceptand in cazul in care administratia si-a dat acordul), este puternic interzisa.
4)Semnatura ta in forum nu poate fi mai lunga de 2 lini. Trebuie sa se supuna acelorasi reguli ca mesajele din forum.

III. Postarea mesajelor.

1)Subiectul thread trebuie sa fie informativ si sa reflecte discutia/problema cat mai mult.
2)Inainte sa deschizi un nou thread ,fi sigur ca il creezi in forumul si in sectiunea potrivita subiectului si ca acel lucru nu s-a mai discutat inainte.
3)Creearea de thread-uri identice in diferite sectiuni si postarea de mesaje similare in diferite posturi este interzisa.
4)Incearca sa nu faci greseli gramaticale in posturile tale, va da o impresie negativa despre tine.

IV. Relatia dintre utilizatori si administratie.

1)Exista actiuni pe care administratia le urmeaza dupa regulile managementului.
2)Discutiile despre actiunile administratiei(administratori de forum si moderatori) sunt strict interzise in orice forma si thread uri, exceptand sectiunea speciala deschisa pentru discutii privind intreaga activitate si aspecte a forumului.

Administratia isi rezerva dreptul de a schimba regulile cu o viitoare notificare a utilizatorilor forumului. Toate schimbarile forumul si imbunatatirle exista si sunt luate in seama datorita opinilor si interesului utilizatorilor.
